From start to finish Oulsnam’s seem to be on the buyers side not on my uncle’s side who instructed Oulsnam to sell his property, the whole process took over 7 months because of the buyers, we were never kept properly informed all through the process, were even lied to, mis-informed, but Oulsnam’s were happy to take the money at the end of it without really doing anything. I could write a big essay explaining everything that went on but it would take too long. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole process and wouldn’t recommend Oulsnam to anyone else.

Selling with the Moseley branch was great until after completion. I asked for some legal advice on an issue with the new owners and didn’t get a reply. The customer journey goes beyond the basics and it was apparent that once money changed hands you were no longer interested. Trying to look at properties for sale through your kings Heath branch was much worse and I would advise everyone to steer clear. Rude. Unhelpful. Arrogant. Having been told a house I asked to view was out of my budget (not having asked what this was), I wasn’t able to get a viewing. They couldn’t sell the house and it was reduced in price. I eventually got to see it and bought it. What’s a shame you didn’t let me view it the first time I asked as I could both afford it and afford to pay more. The boom in the property market has left you with a complacency that will be your undoing once the market falls.

GoogleIf you're looking for an estate agent to sell your home, i would strongly recommend Oulsnam. As someone that has been looking for a house, i have been really impressed with Oulsnam. They have been the most proactive at sending out property match information (the only agents to have done so despite registering with multiple). They have been knowledgeable about all properties we have seen with them and always followed up with a phone call afterwards and again if we hadn't discounted a property initially. All without being pushy. If we were to sell in the area later on, i would choose Oulsnam given recent experience.
