It took over a year to go from initial listing to completion which was a little frustrating. Buyer took 3 months to decide to have survey and the solicitor was very slow. Staff at Robert Oulsnam did attempt to keep things moving with calls and emails. Staff always polite and helpful. Generally good communication and they were patient with the situation.

We certainly agree there was a number of frustrations with your sale and onward purchase however these were largely beyond our control. We hope your mother is happy and settled in her new home. Great sales pitch,but once you’ve signed the support you get after that is poor. They valued my house ,but I ended up dropping it by £10000. Had to do all the viewings ourselves and chase them for feedback. Next time would use purple bricks, can’t see how they can justify what they charge for a poor service.never use them again or recommend them.

I was left chasing for updates, with the agent only ever responding by saying ‘We’ll Covid’ as if that meant I couldn’t be kept informed.She was extremely rude to the point I went the sellers property and began liaising with them directly.When I sell my property I would rather pay a higher fee elsewhere than have to deal with that agent again
I'm sorry you felt that way and appreciate your frustration in your purchase being protracted due to a delay with the probate office which regrettably, we had no control over. I hope you have settled well into your home and wish you every happiness.

I'm an experienced investor in the westmidlands, about to reitre. And by far the worst company I have ever dealt with on all aspects is Robert Oulsnam. If you are selling your house renting ect avoid this company at all cost. ROBERT OULSNAM policy for viewing properties is awful and often dont complete there viewing... selling the property before allowing full viewing.

They have worked hard to advertise the property and to enable prospective buyers to view ASAP, which has led to a speedy offer which we hope will lead to a definite sale. Came out on time to give us quote, nice photos and pack for prospective buyers. They did change an appointment time without informing us, so we hadn’t vacated property on one occasion. Eventually sold, after a couple of earlier attempts pulled out. Hopefully now staff are up to speed with the new leasehold regulations, and the time it takes to arrange a variation.
