my experience with them (kings Heath ) branch was awful , I lost the property that I had bought in August as STC but they couldn't sell my property that it was promised selling by short time as the manager of the branch told me , we got multiple offer for selling but they didn't do right job .I lost the property and also I paid for solicitor cost and finally noting .......

Excellent service and support from Robert Oulsnam’s, they were incredibly helpful and supportive and offered excellent advice. Selling a property during a pandemic is challenging enough, however I also had a Cancer diagnosis to contend with as well. The staff at Oulsnam’s Northfield (Alison and Anne in particular) were amazing and did everything possible to make the process as simple and as stress free as they could. I cannot thank them enough.

Such a shame that they made purchasing a property such a negative experience. After dealing with the manager initially at the Redditch branch who was lovely we got passed to another member of staff when we proceeded with the property. I can honestly say the way I was dealt with and spoken to through the entire experience was rude and down grading. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will make sure anyone who asks is aware not to deal with this agency/person. We have since spoken to friends selling a property with this company who have had a similar experience with the same person. This should have been an exciting time for us and yet it was turned in to dreaded phone calls and conversations. The positive was at least for collection of keys she was not in the business so we could at least enjoy that experience.
