As housing agent, you should be involved in handover/takeover keys from the seller to the buyer by doing this, you can ensure that the seller has moved out of the house and left the house in good state.You don’t just leave the buyer to collect keys from the seller at night on completion date where your phone number can’t be reach for assistance.

GoogleWe had a long drawn out sale due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. All during the process the Staff at Bournville we’re always efficient, upbeat and supportive. I have moved many times over the years and my last two moves were with this Oulsnam branch. I feel qualified to say the standard of service they gave was exceptional.

Never use this agency. Im very dissapointed and not happy. A lot of conversation we had an email about a house in Lickey Hill, Pine Grove. I wrote and said to the agency we are looking for long term rent a property. Wait 1,5 week to get appointment, I drove 80 miles there and back to have a look. Me and my wife like the house than I ask whats the next step, than they said this house rent only for 12 month. No apologised. Its very unprofessional, wasted my very expensive time and fuel. Absolutely ridiculous. Never use this agency again.

Upon entering Oulsnams' lettings branch, we were met with bewildering stares, as if our presence was an inconvenience. Their status as a large estate agent was apparent in the cold, impersonal service we received. We felt like a number, with zero consideration for our specific needs. Even when highlighting our interest in letting our property through them, there was a lack of interest. Thankfully, we found another estate agent that valued us. With our future property investment plans, we'll be sure to give Oulsnams a wide berth.

Appalling service.They are impossible to get hold of, takes ages to respond to email and never answer the phone.Unprofessional and out of touch with government legislation and are condescending if you try and inform them.Unhappy to help and very blunt in their messages.Absolute time wasters.
