GoogleFriendly,professional staff. I did nt experience any problems. Inspection man was good. Maintenance was reasonable as they will do something to help you as soon as they can.landlord was good and fair.

GoogleWish I read these reviews before dealing with Roberts. They have no integrity at all. They will never refund deposit. Their maintenance department do not pick their calls. So many unprofessional things about them. I rented a 2 bedroom flat for £825 pcm through them, paid deposit of £952. They asked me to even add money to my deposit to make it £1000 before they can release me when I moved out. They started sending pictures of what wasn’t in the inventory. I should have done my own inventory when I moved into the flat. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
Thanks for your review Sanusi. Having checked my files this is what actually happened. You had sight of the Inventory when you moved in and had plenty of time to review it to see if you were happy with it, which you did, making comments on it on several pages which were noted by us when you returned it to us. You were happy to later sign a tenancy renewal agreement but were then offered another job and despite this the landlord agreed to an early release from your tenancy. However, when the property was handed back it was in a poor state (as borne out by the Inventory and subsequent Check Out Report) and the Landlord requested £1,000 for damages and reparations. I will also remind you that it is the Landlord that decides what, if anything, he wishes to claim from your deposit. We are merely intermediaries. As this was in excess of the Deposit you had paid, you signed over the deposit to compensate the Landlord for the cleaning, repairs and replacements where necessary and you paid the balance to meet the costs incurred.

GoogleMy wife and I recently purchased a house in Charminster; Peter was the agent. For various reasons this sale took many months to complete because of certain statutory hurdles. Throughout this period, Peter's professionalism, empathy, patience and honesty were qualities that helped to ensure that all parties concerned had a willingness and desire to see the sale through to a successful conclusion. We look forward to doing business with Peter again in the very near future and wish him and his colleagues well.

GoogleRoberts = Avoid like the plague. Awful. Unprofessional. Waste of money. Roberts wanted to use our rental property as a holiday let (6 months after moving in) and it cost a fortune to move to another rented accommodation. There was no consideration for their clients, only in lining their own pockets. The manager handled it very badly. The property, owned by Roberts, was in the town centre and we were not advised they had intentions to use it for holiday lets during the summer months and they served notice without good reason. It was unethical and verging on illegal. Now I am in the position to buy a property, I am making sure I do not use their service in future. I will not buy or rent from this agent. I would hate for others to get ripped-off by them too. Best avoided - there are lots of other reputable agents in Bournemouth that I would use instead.

GoogleAfter viewing ALOT of property's throughout the Bournemouth and Poole area i viewed my current home through Roberts Estate Agents. I have nothing but praise for this company and Peter Seear the Agent i dealt with through the entirety of my purchase. Roberts stood out from other Agents in that they weren't pushy and gave you time to look around the property without hastling you (which i found was a big issue with a number of competitors of theirs). When the sale was going through Peter was always willing to help either chasing the sellers solicitor for information or liaising with the management company. The service i have had with Roberts would definitely make me consider using them for the sale of the property in the future.

GoogleI would give 10 stars if possible The best thing I can say about Roberts Estate Agents is that they have changed my mind about estate agents! Peter and especially Paul were helpful, professional and more importantly honest every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave me loads of advice on every stage of the process, even after my sale had been completed Paul continued to assist me with advice on my new purchase! I don't plan on moving again soon but if I did I'd use Roberts in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone! Thank you

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Roberts. Peter was a great help throughout despite selling the property on behalf of a less than cooperative vendor. Great communication both via the phone and email and if he wasn't about then Paul or another member of the team were always at hand. I wouldn't normally bother doing a review but seem of the previous ones seem way out of line so felt the need to show credit where it's due.

GoogleWe put our property on the market preCovid then due to the pandemic we took the property off the market. The agents got in touch after lockdown and arranged viewings with a great time frame in between each viewing. The feedback after each viewing was constant. The sale went through quickly and very professionally when queries arose (as most sales have) they kept me updated I would say an efficient service would and have recommended themPositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleFantastic service. Have recently rent through roberts and the transition had been thorough and very smooth. Hayley has especially been amazing guiding and helping with the process and answering all questions (and I had a lot) her colleague poppy ( I think but not 100%) also very helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend using roberts.

GoogleFantastic service - very friendly and extremely helpful. Buying our first property was definitely a learn as we go experience and Peter and the team at Roberts could not have been more helpful. At every step of the way they gave the benefit of their experience, frequent updates, answered questions quickly and were reassuring throughout the whole process. I can't recommend, or thank, them enough.
