GoogleHave never seen their maintenance number being picked or ever even called back. Multiple emails sent and no response and always waiting on owner. Hi Harry, I was sorry to read your review and have looked in to exactly what happened with the reported issue: You sent a message to our Admin Team on Wednesday at 20:45 and this was forwarded to Maintenance on Thursday morning. We then contacted you on Thursday, advising we needed to contact the landlord about the issue and that most likely a contractor would be in contact with you the next few days to arrange access. You were emailed on Monday advising you would be contacted by a contractor ( to which you responded.) Monday - contractor contacted you to arrange access. Tuesday, Fixed. The contractor has also reported back to us the conversation he has had with you in respect of ventilation and condensation which I hope you found useful. Given the above, as I said, I was sorry that you felt that we had not met your levels of expectation.

FacebookWould not recommend for students. Had so many problems with our house which isn’t the wrong doing of Roberts, however these problems were not taken into consideration, due to taking months for issues to be fixed and days to even get a response. We gave up on phoning the maintenance woman due to her attitude. She was the rudest and most useless customer service I have ever had! Our issues were not a priority, for example we had no heating for 3 months in winter, no shower for 2 months and many more! Ridiculous.

FacebookI just left a review but its disappeared... 1) its not clear from Roberts signs if property is for rent or for sale .. strange 2) there doesn't appear to be a floor plan for houses on your website/rightmove?? thats essential for buyers - you should sort that out

GoogleTotally unprofessional! Was shown a property not asked if I had a guarantor then blatantly lied! Looked unprofessional too so shouldn't be surprised! After posting what happened on Facebook was warned that Roberts Estate Agents are to be AVOIDED!

GoogleRoberts is one of the best letting agencies around in Bournemouth. But they do take a lot of time to respond to any issues we have at the property
