He has provided me with extremely professional service with proactive and well written weekly updates. His communication style is very respectful and clear. There was never any pressure put on me to accept an offer that I was not comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Roberts' service.

GoogleI really had trouble getting a house to rent until I saw a post of house to rent under Roberts. unfortunately that house had already been let but they were kind enough to help me find another house which I was really impressed with. The staff are kind, professional and always willing to help. I would gladly recommend them anytime

GoogleYou are better off going to another Estate Agent or going Private. Avoid Roberts Student Lets. Awful service and not interested in students! Money Making is their top priority. Have no idea what is happening with the properties they are showing students!! Now demanding more monies but deposit not returned. Apparently there is a back log of 6-8 weeks. Shoddy!

I sold through Edwards and wish I had not as we found them to be the other end of the scale. Very poor! We would recommend Roberts to anyone and i will certainly use them again if we move home. FacebookWorst agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of communicating with! Viewed a property with them, they then proceeded to sign me up for a load of bills, I now am fighting to avoid a CCJ for a water bill, tried contacting for proof that I never rented from them and they are brushing me off! If this is how they act when they’re in the wrong I dread to think how terrible they are when you rent with them or have a issue with the rental property!
