GoogleWe've been tenants with Roberts for a while now and cannot fault the service they have provided us. Not only do they respond to problems fast, they also do so in a great friendly manner. Their lettings and maintenance team are top notch and don't mind if I call with a problem.

GoogleSeveral months into my tenancy, I am surprised by some of these reviews. Any time we've called with issues they've made a point of getting someone out to us on the day, or within the week. So no complaints from us. They're friendly and reasonable too. So that is nice.

GoogleCurrently renting through this agencies. If i could give them 0 stars i would. No one ever answers the phone for maintenance and when you do eventually get through it takes week for problems to be solved. By far the worst estate agencies i have encountered! AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleNo idea why these guys get negative comments as I had a great experience as a tennant. No problems, minor things to be expected but it was dealt with very well. Im buying soon and would have roberts let my flat any day of the week. Thanks guys

GoogleA terrible, unorganised load of tosh. A terrible house, with a terrible landlord and they were extremely unhelpful with everything. One of my house mates became ILL due to living here yet them and the landlord did NOTHING. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleAbsolutely abysmal. Left me in a mouldy flat for over a year, were threatening and rude to the point where I had panic attacks about coming home. Most stressful two years of my life so far, I'm so glad it's over.

GoogleJust don't bother, staff are rude, always late, never ring back and are patronising especially to students. One staff member hung up on me because she basically couldn't be bothered. Overpriced admin fees and overpriced grubby houses. Just don't.

GoogleMould buildup in buildings. Minimal bin facilities at accommodation/housing. Offered severely delayed and little to no assistance addressing problems with their accommodation/housing. No deposit returned and a lack of communication with tenants. Convenient location

GoogleRoberts are one of the best companies around. I As letting agents I found them friendly and very professional and were both fair to tenants and landlords. And there sales team are really good also.
