They make the paperwork easier and quick, Very friendly and professional, specially Poppy and Stephen! they answer the emails very quick and they efficiently resolve any problem. No issues with the deposit at the end of the tenancy, very good experience indeed

GoogleWe recently sold our house using Roberts Estate Agents. Our Property had previously been on the market with other agents for about a year with no luck . Roberts sold our property within 2 months of having it on their books and provided a very professional and personnel service,along with a competitive selling fee. We would recommend Roberts to anyone thinking of selling their property.

GoogleRoberts sold our house in the summer of 2013. We had to change from another company after nothing happened. Roberts were excellent, communication was always instant, excellent advice and feedback from viewers. The house was sold for near the asking price. The fee charged by Roberts was the best quote we received. Very happy with the service we received and I recommend them without reservation.

GoogleBeware - they don't like giving deposits back, and when they do they have taken such a chunk of it for spurious expenses (such as cleaning which is a laugh when their places are already dirty dumps). I would NEVER EVER recommend this bunch of lowlifes to ANYONE let alone students who don't really know about these things. STEER WELL CLEAR - caveat emptor.

GoogleTerrible service, my daughter was supposed to move in yesterday, removalists waiting etc, the move was cancelled as her agent was on her day off, so already to go today, she has received a text to say hopefully it will be tomorrow, they will change the contract date from the 4th to 6th. These are peoples lives and emotions they are toiling with,

GoogleThey appear pleasant enough on the surface but are quite unresponsive to requests for information and seem to have little grasp of technology. It took a month for them to send the checkout report to us despite several requests. I had to threaten further action to get a copy. I would never use them again and would particularly advise students to go elsewhere.

All issues were sorted within reasonable time and staff are extremely pleasant to deal with- especially the lettings department! Have recommended Roberts to close friends and they've been equally satisfied with the service. Professional and accommodating.
