Be careful with these guys - initially they were great, but once we moved in to our property, they were hopeless. Never received keys we needed for our storage area despite asking multiple times. They sent an inspector round after 3 months, who saw the mould which had grown even more since we moved in (it was bad before) and did nothing. They then tried to charge us for the mould damage after we moved out (we appealed and the charge was dropped). They only care about getting tenants in, once they're in, they couldn't care less!

We are Landlords with two properties being managed by Leaders Bournemouth. We live outside of the UK so rely heavily on Leaders looking after the maintenance of our properties.
