I recently dealt with Libby in the Bournemouth branch. The service was nothing but amazing! From start to finish she was always on hand if I had a question, when she was waiting to hear back from the landlord she kept me updated even when she had no update just to ensure I didn’t feel forgotten about. She made me feel like a priority even when I know she probably had loads more clients to deal with. At no point did she make me feel like a burden by calling or emailing. She returned calls when she said she would, she responded quickly to emails as well. This is my second rental through this companies group and I will make sure when I move again they will be the first people I will look with. Thank you Libby and Amelia

Rio was my correspondent, I gave them all my details in order to rent a room. He told me he would get back to me when he hears from the landlord. The landlord found their own tenant, however this had not been emailed to me by rio, and i had to wait over two weeks to find out after calling everyday hoping to get an update, leaders do not answer the phone its seems. Genuinely aweful for renting, I do not recommend anyone this firm and their communication is genuinely the worst I have had to come across compared to all of the other firms in Dorset.

I had gone to a viewing earlier that morning and was beginning to feel disheartened after multiple viewings and running out of time to find a suitable place to live.
