I love Leaders Estate Agency. Their house option is awesome, though I would have loved the inclusion of a washing machine in my apartment; but asides from that. The apartment and environment are awesome. Russell's customer service demonstration was exceptional. It felt like we'd had a relationship before the meeting. The very apartment he shared the details of matched my wife's expectations which we accepted. Russell was very detailed and helpful with the vital information provided during my enquiry. Each time I called the office, I got good support from the team and a timely response from Russell who seems to be managing my relationship. Aside from the washing machine issue, I should rate them 5 star.

Russell has been really helpful. He made sure to call and send emails giving my husband and I information on our let. When it seemed like we wouldn’t get the apartment, he helped us to negotiate with the landlord. He’s a great asset to the company. He made the whole process seem easy and called when he needed information. I called several times asking questions and he was always ready to answer my questions and provide solutions. He deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.

Russell Neal was an absolute delight to speak with. He helped me with my enquiry quickly and with a very friendly manner, sent me all the information I needed immediately and called me back up everytime he had more information. I called on Monday, and am signing papers for my flat today, so I'm really impressed. He was also incredibly useful in answering all my questions clearly and in full, and really put my mind at ease over this process. My current house mate over heard our phone calls and even commented on his friendly and polite phone manner. A wonderful employee Leaders! We were today shown a property by Russell Neal. Russell arrived on time, showed us around and explained in full all the necessary information about the property. It is difficult in the current market to secure accommodation and I felt that Russell went the extra mile in explaining the process and supporting us to make informed decisions. I found that Russell was open and honest in our discussions, he answered any questions we had and made our overall experience today very good. Russell was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We needed a rental property urgently due to a house move and found one through Leeders. Stacey was very helpful and sorted out our paperwork etc very quickly. We also had lots of questions and issues which we needed addressing before moving in. These were answered and resolved promptly by Stacey. From our viewing to our moving in, this took under 2 weeks which is impressive. Thank you Stacey and also Amelia We have been in our flat now for over a month and have had a lot of teething problems.
