GoogleI rented a property from House & Son and it was far from being a pleasant stay. I had to make more than one phone call and several emails before they replaced a fridge and this took nearly six days and in another case three days to unclog a fully clogged up bathtub drain. In most cases, even getting a reply for an email took a long time. I was utterly frustrated and didn't extend my tenancy beyond six months. I wouldn't recommend this agency.
