I'm pretty wary when it comes to estate agents and letting agents. My experience with Goadsby is as a seller - I sold my property with this office and was involved in the sale of a house with their Swanage office. On both occasions they gave honest, realistic valuations that turned out to be closer to the eventual price of sale than other agents. They were great at keeping me informed of progress and their market knowledge was exceptional. They also helped tremendously as the sale went through. Are they the cheapest? No. However, they definitely put in the work and I felt they were on my side throughout the whole process. For me, that was well worth it.

Keep up Goadsby

Keep up Goadsby! It’s 2022 and customers matter. Revolting company. Mean, unfriendly bullies in all aspects. Misrepresentation of facts. Underhand and sly. Shockingly poor. Having read their replies to other one star reviews, it’s clear they do not learn from their mistakes. Never once did I receive an apology for the appalling treatment I received as their customer. Plenty of wonderful Estate Agents out there. Use them!

Wanted to view a property last week and had to chase the office as jo response to on line contact, then to be told an offer had been put in, not accepted at that time. This week booked to view another got to the property and had acall to say the offer on it had been accepted. I have more business accuman in my little finger than they have put together..

Goadsby Bournemouth have managed my rental property for the last 5 years. They have been very professional and are very quick to sort out any issue, and always keep you updated. Impossible to single anyone out as all of the staff are doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Goadsby. This agency is an absolute nightmare! They try to cheat you and take money from you whenever they can! They change terms of your rental agreements without notifying you, then they inform you that you owe them money! 46 negative reviews on another website alone - I wish I had seen that before I associated myself as a tenant with those thieves! Do yourself a favour and stay away from them as far as you can!!

Wareham lettings were useless

Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.) They employ juniors who have no idea what they're doing. If you're a landlord, go elsewhere.

I am currently renting a house in Boelyn Cresent which is managed by Goadsby. One of the worst and most unhelpful letting agent we have experienced.. They just simply don’t consider any request and have standard response on everything. Seems this organisation doesn’t care and quality check what responses their agency’s are giving to the customers.
