GoogleWould highly recommend using Goadsby to find a place to rent. Tom in the lettings team was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was always friendly at viewings and made the whole process run smoothly. All the staff were very helpful every time I called the office, will definitely be using their services again!

Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.)

GoogleWe asked to view a house and the viewing were booked for today and confirmed (10AM, 10/09), we got there and no one appeared, we called and you said that you sent an email asking for confirmation today (10/09) and that you wouldn't appear to show us the house. That's just off.

They gave impartial advice and found me suitable tenants quickly and answered any queries without delay. The staff are friendly,knowledgeable and experienced. You shouldn't have any problems at this branch.

GoogleSuccessfully let my property very quickly through Goadsby. Professional management, was kept up to date when there was a leak at the flat which was remedied reasonably and quickly. Extension negotiated and continue to let through them. Very happy
