GoogleI had to locate an apartment at short notice and found Frost & Co to be exceptionally professional and responsive. Their representative (Jordan) responded quickly to my emails and showed an enthusiasm unmatched by any other agent, often responding to emails out of "normal" business hours. She was knowledgeable about the properties and had clearly done her homework. I would have no hesitation in recommending Frost % Co.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend their services to any tenant. They are proud to present FLAT 1, POOLE HILL MEWS , BH2 which is a flat with serious damp, mould and water ingress issues. Always redecorated to cover it up before a new tenant moves in. David, the director is very good at acting surprised each and every time when tenants complain about it. The flat was stripped /walls and floors/ twice in 5 years !! but he insisted there had never been serious problems in the 10 years that they have let the flat.

GoogleTerrible experience with them, I’d post photos if I could because it looked like a bomb had blown up the ‘games room’ (a falling apart shed with the roof caved in and absolutely uninhabitable) but don’t worry, they’ll still rent out the property saying it’s an additional room! Tried to absolutely shaft us when we moved in and especially when we moved out, demanded to keep way more of the deposit than they should have and even the deposit protection scheme told them they were being ridiculous and backed us instead. I’d stay away if you’re students or anyone to be fair. And those who we dealt with at 195 Columbia road…. Good game lads, loved you telling us we wouldn’t get any money back and it ISNT RELEVANT how the house was when we moved in. GG

GoogleI recently had a tenancy with Frost & Co. They do not care about the tenants and only want to protect the landlord. Tried to charge us £390 for decoration costs which was disputed with the TDS and we won the case and only had to pay £290. Frost and Co were try to better the property with our deposit and this was noted on the TDS report. Had to contact Frost multiple times for a garage key. They asked me to get one cut from a resident as they didn't know who was managing the block of flats I was in. When it came to redecoration and paint colour they couldn't tell me what it was and wasn't prepared to ask the landlord for the colour and then said it was my responsibility to find out and if it is wrong it is my fault. A damp issue appeared due to a blocked cavity to which they tried to blame this on me by saying I had a lack of ventilation, yet the windows were so badly fitted there was a constant airflow in the property. The one good thing about Frost is the maintenance company, the oven broke and it was promptly fixed with no issues. So to summarise, if you are a landlord you will be well looked after, if you are a tenant be wary when you leave the property at the end of your tenancy.
