GoogleI would give 0 stars if google let me. Rented a student flat from frost and co beginning in October, I have been living with mold for the past 3 months with no help from the agency other than a dehumidifier they gave me one week ago, which does absolutely nothing for the already grown mold. Constant issues with plumbing and leaking around the house, unattended to, as the house was clearly not fix for habitance when rented it out. Constant harassment through the landlord and the agency showing up at our house WITHOUT 24 hours notice, breaking legal laws. I am so dissappointed as what I thought would be an easy experience has turned out to be hell in my last year in Bournemouth. Plus a disfunctioning shower from the beginning of our tenancy, replaced only one week ago WITHOUT our knowledge (so they quite literally broke into our house) that is still disfunctioning. DO NOT RENT FROM FROST And CO. Horrible customer service, mismanagement of their property, and miscommunication within the office as they do not seem to be able to decide who to delegate our issues to snd the people we are speaking constantly change. Absolutely appalling thr conditions they are leaving vulnerable students in.

GoogleHonestly, I had a dreadful experience with this company. I was a tenant for over a year, and the management of the building I was in was terrible.
One major issue was the never-ending, poorly organized workmen in my flat every other week. Sometimes, they even used my flat as storage for repairs in another apartment in the building.
From a renter's point of view, they are totally disorganized and even argumentative on the phone.
I will actively avoid them as a company and disuade others from using their services.
