Charlie was fantastic with us. We initially went to Frost & Co to view a property and were impressed with their professionalism, and decided to sell our property with them and we're very glad we did. Photos and listings were made quickly and looked great, and within days our flat was sold! Charlie did a fantastic job keeping us to to date on the sale and on queries from the buyer. Outstanding service from Charlie! Frost and Co recently sold my partners flat in Bournemouth town centre and he went above and beyond the standard levels of service we have ever experienced with an Estate Agent. Charlie was extremely proactive. His communication was brilliant and we felt well looked after throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank David for his inital advice on home inprovements we needed to make for the flat to be an attractive proposition. All in all we cannot recommend these guys enough. Having dealt with Charlie at Frost and Co I can hand on heart say that the service was impeccable. Charlie was nothing other than professional throughout the sales process whilst always acting with patience, understanding and optimism through what is always the difficult process of assisting both the vendor and the purchaser. In addition to what might be said to be his usual responsibilities he never once hesitated to go above and beyond and to help in every way he could. He made a great effort to always be available when he was able or when not, to call speedily straight back when he became available . Absolutely the very best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. The service we received from Charlie and the team at Frost & Co completely illustrates the reason you should ALWAYS sell or buy via a "full service" estate agent rather than a "cheaper" internet version. Charlie was always available at the end of the phone or email, Always followed up and replied when he said he would and was instrumental on numerous occasions in resolving issues, pushing the process along or helping all of the parties "join the dots" during our purchase. Whether you are selling or buying we really could not recommend Charlie and the team enough!

Terrible customer service. Sam, property management/maintenance gyy, tried to blame me for their contractor not showing up, even though we have chased this more than 10 times in the last year. Sam, we’re not going round in circles here, you are, at least the last 4 points of contact we were assigned knew that it was their responsibility to monitor contractor bookings on their system. You were incredibly rude and inconsiderate, the first thing you said to me was “why am I hearing about this now?”, my question to you is: do you not have a system/spreadsheet that tracks whether a job has been completed? Do you not follow up, just book it and hope for the best? I have been a model tenant, Frost & Co. has been a perpetual let down.
