Dear Mr Cake, I'm very sorry to hear that we were able to accommodate you on this occasion. The property in question has undergone refurbishment. We had the keys when we made the booking, however the landlord unexpectedly collected them to investigate the works and has since not returned them to us, despite many attempts to contact them. Again, I apologise if our team wasn’t overly apologetic, however I understand that you were driving to Bournemouth to attend an interview and scheduled to view a number of properties on the day. Apparently, our agents had tried to manage your expectations by saying that it was looking very unlikely that we would be getting keys but would call you should the situation change, and we had confirmed this again on the occasions that you called us. If you are planning another trip back to Bournemouth, then please let us know and if we have keys, then we would be more than happy to re-arrange access for you. Kind regards Damon Robbins Director
