Love Clarkes estate agent, definitely had a personal touch whilst buying our flat. Claire always kept in touch and I was kept up to date. Claire works hard for you and everyone in the office is always happy to help! Would definitely buy from Clarkes again and would sell with them if we were to come to sell. From the experience of buying, I feel confident that they would do everything possible for an easy/quick sale. It's been a pleasure and we can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us!

We are very impressed with the professional and efficient service we have had from both Steve at the beginning when we made our offer and then Claire throughout the whole process of buying our house. She has made what could be a stressful process seem a lot easier. She gives the personal touch which a lot of agents don't do. We would definitely recommend this agent to anyone thinking of moving house.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Great service. Go above and beyond. Would strongly recommend Claire and her team have been fantastic and always available and seem to have an approach to of the problems that come up with a house sale. They have a team of people clearly passionate about people and making their experience of house selling as painless as possible. Will definitely use Clarkes again

Summed up in three words ... Professional, Personable and Efficient. The staff at Clarkes have been blinking marvellous from the marketing and negotiations to chasing and exchange. Despite the many ups and downs of house selling and buying, Clare, in particular, demonstrated huge grit and determination to do the very best for us. What should be a stressful process was in fact quite enjoyable thanks to Clarkes!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would recommend Clarke's as an estate agents - the work and persistence to find a suitable buyer and get the sale through to completion was second to none. I highly recommend Claire and Holly. They kept me informed throughout at various stages and helped resolve issues where needed. I have no hesitation in recommending and using them again.

Bought through them and can't recommend them highly enough. We were allocated matt but I suspect they are all diamonds! So much help and great updates and kind. Honestly they really are the best kind of estate agent to buy from or sell though. You won't be disappointed

I'm in the fortunate position of having a flat which I let out. My mortgage was due to renew and my tenants were vacating so I was unsure whether to sell or re-let. Fortunately, the team at Clarkes knew what to do and the flat was re-let within just a matter of days of the last tenant moving out. Thanks #TeamClarkes, Steve, Claire, Jess, Alex and Holly for taking away the pain!

Matthew could not have been any more helpful in assisting us to move in, even when he was poorly. He even went out of his way to deliver spare keys to us on foot. He was very professional and friendly and made us feel welcome . He deserves a promotion !!

Clarkes were very professional and helpful throughout the purchase of our house. In a hurry to speed things along they were always on hand to offer guidance and advice. Holly was always pleasant and very helpful. On collection of the keys we were given a moving hamper which included a bottle of bubbly. A lovely gesture.

Clarkes claim to be more than just your usual estate agents, and they really, really are! Working with Steve, Claire and the rest of the team has been a pure pleasure, and at a stressful time, nothing seems too much trouble for them. From photography, to negotiating prices, to negotiating the conveyancing process, it is really reassurring to have mature, professional support in your corner. I would recommend Clarkes every time! Use them!

A professional, efficient and friendly agent. Claire valued the property we were selling and gave us great advice so we sold for more than we were expecting! Andrea dealt with the sale and did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the process. I would recommend Clarkes.

All the staff at Clarke’s are amazing! They have worked tirelessly to get my house sold, they’ve helped us through numerous ‘issues’, and chased other agents, buyers and solicitors to get the job done. This is the second time I’ve used them, and I would again - if I was still in the area! Highly recommended 😊 …

This is our first dealing with Clarkes. Our contact John Langdown has been a really professional agent. We found him very helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process of selling our flat. We got the best possible customer service and we were very happy. We will not hesitate to recommend him and Clarkes. Thank you again

We purchased our house through a different estate agent, Clarke’s (Andrea) could not have been more helpful. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and kept us in the loop whilst our own agent didn’t seem interested. Would recommend to everyone
