Though the service they offer for valuation was free of charge, I was treated like a premium customer. I am sure someone going for their other services will be super happy.

I would absolutely recommend Clarke's to sell your property. We had a difficult sale process due to issues in our chain (not caused by us). The team at Clarke's were excellent, supportive and very quick to respond, especially Claire, she was always available to help and push the sale process along. We were thinking of moving to Bournemouth & wanted to downsize from a four bedroom house to a two or three bedroom bungalow. We live in Bridport so a lot of our discussions were done remotely, however with the help of Steve & Claire they kept in touch with us all the way & they tried really hard to find us the right property, nothing was too much trouble in fact because of the distance between us Steve even met us at a prospective purchase after office hours one evening. Clarkes have been fantastic from start to finish. Not only did they get me a good price and quick turnaround time, they kept me updated regularly so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way and this was from several members of the team. Years ago I has a bad experience with a estate agent and I had put all Estate agents in the same negative bracket but clarkes were a refreshing change and i felt they were honest from start to finish. Will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend (Ps the solicitors they recommended us to use were also of a high standard too). Positive experience throughout. 👍😁

We have had many difficulties with the sale of our own property (not being sold through Clarkes) but throughout it all the support we have received from Clarkes has been phenomenal. Both Claire and Steve have been highly professional, extremely supportive and have bent over backwards to help us in any way they could. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Their communication is always fantastic, whether it is by phone or by email - they have consistently been in touch with us throughout this process and their input has been invaluable. Having had some issues with another estate agent I chose Clarke’s. When I met Claire I explained that I’d dropped the previous agents due to poor communication. Claire assured me that Clarke’s were different. They were. I was kept informed throughout. The agents gave an exceptional amount of time to prospective buyers unlike some agents who spend less than 10 minutes showing people around a property offering little chance of gaining insight into the possibilities it may offer. Do not buy from them TRY ANOTHER AGENCY. They are liars -Does the property share any meter ? -No. REALTY: Share meters with others flats still unresolved - Do you have the back door key ? - Yes I do have in the agency's office REALTY... did not have and only send me a cell number and didn't help. Between solicitors negotiation I got pressure form the agency to do the contract before end of the month.

I could not recommend Clarkes highly enough, they ensured my flat sale went through. Selling a property is a process you have to go through, this is much easier when you have constant updates & communication. Claire & the team all have a professional & friendly approach. You get what you pay for, beware of online companies, to be totally avoided in my opinion. I will be recommending Clarks to everyone I know & will use them again in the future, if I sell again.
