Absolutely fantastic! CLARKES were extremely quick and efficient with regards to the purchase of my new place in Draycott Road and I love it here. Having just sold through Clarkes, I can say the experience has been first class. Christian worked tirelessly to secure a sale for us and kept us updated throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and if Christian wasn't available then Andrea and Alex were excellent too and made time to assist and help with anything needed. I have no hesitation about it leaving a five review in this instance and, do so without reservation. I dealt mainly with Senior Sales Negotiator Christian Barnard and, cannot recommend him highly enough. My sale & purchase was not without issue and took much longer than anticipated. However Christian was sympathetic to the situation and, with regards to all parties, went above and beyond to accommodate.

Christian has been an absolute pleasure to work with while selling our property. He works with integrity and honesty. He's made what can be a times a trying process of selling a joy, always keeping good humour and a focus on supporting us to sell our property for the best price possible. We got valuations from other estate agents but after our first contact with Clarkes we knew they were the only people we would have sell our property. We are only full of praise for Christian and Clarkes as an estate agents. When selling you need an agent you can trust with your home (and in our case our cats) and Christian treated our home like his own with the care he showed. I always felt comfortable knowing it was in safe hands when we were out during viewings. The feedback Clarkes provided from buyers after viewings was really helpful and Christian and the team were always there to support us and answer our questions and worked so hard in our interest to help us sell in order to buy the property we had offered on. I will definitely be recommending Clarkes to friends and family who are looking to sell in the future :)

We put our house up for sale with Clarkes during a very difficult time for the market. Despite this, we received and accepted a good offer almost immediately, but unfortunately after a few months the sale fell through due to problems further down the chain. Steve and the team showed incredible tenacity securing many viewings for us even though the market was increasingly awful due to political turmoil. We finally secured another offer, this time from a first time buyer, which proved successful. It was a difficult sale but Clarkes demonstrated professionalism and support for us throughout. Steve is laser focused when it comes to progressing the sale at the most critical points and he and Andrea gave us a lot of time and advice at the most uncertain periods. Clarkes Estate Agents were brilliant from start to finish with my house sale. It was a long and winding journey to reach exchange of contracts but Clarkes provided their expert help and advice throughout. I couldnt be happier with their service.
