From start to finish the whole team at Clarkes have been amazing. The hard work and hours put into our sale by Claire was over and above what anyone would have done to make sure any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. She supported us all the way and constantly stayed in contact with us. She always had the answers to our questions and helped with any queries we had. Her knowledge. Having had our house on the market for 18 months with another big estate agent and no joy at all (always excuses about why it had not sold) we decided, on recommendations, to give our house to Clarkes Estate Agents. All I can say is they are so professional, friendly and helpful making the whole process of selling a house so much less stressful. Faultless service from Claire and the team at Clarkes Estate Agents. Claire, Steve and Holly communicated with me every step of the way. They followed up each viewing with a telephone call and offered advice with regard to a better viewing. I had over 20 viewings over a period pf 4-6 weeks. Would just like to say how happy my husband and I have been with the service received by Claire, Holly and All the team at Clarkes. We called and spoke to Claire to see if we could get a valuation of our property which was arranged very quickly and Claire came and was brilliant. We would highly recommend Clarkes, from start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through smoothly. After having three estate agents over to value our property, Clarkes stood out due to their experience, honesty and dedication. When I have brought and sold in the past I have learnt how important the experience of the agent is later down the selling process and Clarkes proved excellent in moving the sale agreed to exchange. The professional photography made our property look at its best and the drone footage was amazing. A special thanks to Claire who kept all in the chain fully informed with regular updates every couple of days or more if required. This proved very comforting and vital especially towards the end. We wanted to sell our house and decided to do so at what we thought was a quiet time of the year (Just before Christmas) The team at Clarkes advised that we would be surprised by the interest at this particular time of year. They were right. We had a lot of viewings and serious offers before Christmas. We accepted an offer for the full asking price after Christmas. During the whole process John, Steve and Claire kept us up to speed on everything. Unfortunately the initial sale fell through, but worry not, Clarkes sold the house again within 4 days, and at a higher price. If we ever move again, we know who we will be using. Its only a shame they were not the estate agents for the family selling us the house we eventually bought. That would have been perfect.
