GoogleWhen you are looking for a flat you want everything to run smoothly on the exit from the flat. You want a tenancy agreement that looks professionally done, not looks like it has been downloaded from right move. You want them to use an independent company to do the inventory, not have look like it was just a day trip out for the person. only about 2 pages very little detail and pictures not showing what they should. Do not go with them, avoid them like the plague.

YellGreat Agent!
I have used various agents but have to say Clarkes are the most proffesional I have ever worked with. I have been letting out my properties fir a number of years and feel the most relaxed I have ever done. I leave it to these guys and forget about it. The customer service is fantastic and I would thouroughly reccomend them. I find the previous review very hard to believe and so will you once you contact them.

GoogleVery poor experience. Tried to view a property for the last 2 weeks, given a different story both times and availability to view. I've been dealing with several Estate Agents in the Bournemouth and Clarkes are by far the most unprofessional.
Dear Mr Nichol I am sorry to hear you felt our service was unprofessional and I understand your disappointment at not being able to view the property in question. Since we marketed this property on the 23rd March we generated a large number viewing requests. Within the first two days we had booked in 15 viewings. I understand you first contacted Clarkes on 27th March. By this point we were instructed by our seller to hold off on any more viewings until the following week due to his shift pattern at work. While waiting for our sellers shift times for the following week we attracted three acceptable offers and ceased booking any more viewings. We acted as fairly as we could in this situation and offered the viewings on a 'first come first serve' basis. I hope this might help explain the circumstances and I hope you might be willing to discuss it with me on the phone to see if I can help in anyway. Many Thanks, Clarkes

GoogleOut of all the Estate Agents we deal with (we build new houses by the way) Clarkes are most definitely in the Top 2. They just cannot do enough for you. Honest, efficient, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They also possess one attribute that so many Estate Agents don't have - they don't tell lies. You always know where you stand.
