Fine when moving in. attitude went down hill as time went on. Finally trying to take £80 to clean the carpets that were already clean. Now stuck in deposit protection limbo. 2 years later, given up. seems we are not getting our money. letting agents in general are pretty terrible, this one seems worse than average. avoid if possible.

STUDENTS STEER CLEAR !!!!

This company is absolutely shocking and unprofessional. I wouldn't advise any students to LET with them as I feel that they take our occupation for granted. The agent that dealt with our house contradicted himself constantly, continuously lies and now trying to get our deposit back is beginning to be a problem, I am not pleased at all.

Excellent for Landlords & Tenants

I've used letting Agencies before & never had good service. Recently I let one of my Apartments to students through Clarkes; the service has been brilliant, they have kept in constant touch throughout the process. I've been dealing with Jason whose so easy to get on with. I'm now adding a second Apartment for them to let.

The worst lettings agents

Please what ever you do,do not use them. The staff are so rude, no communication from them and if they do their emails really lack any customer care, no information about how to work things in the place that you rent and plus they have the smallest amount of places on their books.
