We met Paul In January 2022 when we decided to sell. Very business like but friendly too. Selling has its ups and downs but Paul and Mark helped us through the trials and tribulations we have had for the last 4 months with a sale that fell through at the last minute. Found us a buyer immediately; this sale has gone through smoothly . As estate agents found them very friendly and any problems were dealt with immediately, like getting answers from solicitors! I recommend them 100%

They are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, please do not get in touch with them. I had to leave my flat before the end of the tenancy, 2 months notice and they said that everything was fine until a new tenant moves in. In 2 months no one visits the flat, no one. The flat was near Bournemouth city centre. When I gave the keys and even by email the agent Luke said that all was fine and the deposit will be released in a few days but it was just a big lie. Very very unprofessional. Choose another agency, this is awful.

I must say that Adam and his team at Belvoir were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were extremely professional, considerate, courteous, punctual at all times with excellent communication throughout. In my opinion, you are paying for a premium service and they are well worth every penny. They secured us a cash buyer within 2 months of going on the market and we finally exchanged today due to complete next week. From start to finish was 3 months which is near on impossible. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone who is looking to sell their property as I know we wouldn't have got the house we wanted in the timeframe needed if it wasn't for Belvoir! I have been a tenant with Newstead for 3 years now in the same property. Newstead has got to be one of the best property agents around this area that I have personally come across. They communicate well, and are always available if any issues arise. Carl, Sally and the team are second to none. I recently bought and sold through Belvoir. I dealt with the Sales manager Adam, from the first call to arrange the viewing he was very efficient, and from offer through to completion he was really helpful and very on the ball. Adam was always very friendly and helpful, prompt to return any calls or emails and nothing was ever too much! But I must say all the other people in the office that I came into contact with were also more than helpful. I was so impressed by how efficient and pro-active they were, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
