We bought a property through Pygott & Crone Holbeach. As purchasers, we had an outstanding experience. We collaborated with Jade through viewing and offer stages and Tracy took us through the purchase process to completion. Their levels of customer service and care were outstanding, checking in with us regularly and following up with others, gently pushing things forward to ensure a smooth and speedy process through to completion. We have experienced many estate agents over the years and Pygott & Crone stood out in front of all the others for their professional, proactive and personal approach.

GoogleHighly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble . Chased when needed too. The knowledge of the team is fantastic. It was a very stressful house move but we got there in the end with the help and support from Hollie, Sam & Davis and the rest of the team. They are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone who’s wanting to put their house on the market. They know what will and won’t sell and will always be honest about the situation. The team in the office are very knowledgeable and always there to listen to any concerns and they give you the best possible solution. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Pygott Crone in Boston charge £250+ vat as a withdrawal fee. This is without an end date, even though after 9 months they have not sent an offer our way. We had been guided by their sales chap in regard to the price, reduced twice and told they can “guarantee” they will sell at the new lower price (still no offer). All other agents I’ve contacted either have no fee to withdraw, or 12 to 16 week. We signed the contract and failed to check their withdrawal period, not expecting it to have a no end date.

GoogleEstate agent was late to our viewing, we asked to be able to see water on as bad water pressure but we was just told that it was turned off, but he didn't switch it on for us to see it. This would have gotten 3 stars. The reason I am giving 1 star is because upon offer placement Emily who works there laughed at our offer which is highly unprofessional.
Thank you for your review and comments. I can see from our file that you were notified the viewing coordinator was running late, I am sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. Under current Covid19 Guidelines we are not allowed to touch items within the property and with the water having been drained down we were unable to turn the water on and I understand you were advised of this at the viewing. With regards to your offer, you were advised at the time of viewing that we had received a lot of interest in the property and your offer was over 10% below the asking price; we have sold the property for the full asking price. I wish you well with your property search.

GoogleHaving very recently had a few "we sell any house" or have suit can sell brigade" senior residential valuers arrive to carry out an appraisal at our property Pygott being one in fairness there all cut from the same cloth and enroll in the school for scoundrels to receive there deploma I've come to the conclusion they all failed in there first occupation as stand up comedians sad but true they've experienced the audience heckling & threw in the towel They've taken up the estate agent racket & assume there stale stand up routine is funny It's embarrassing to watch They assume were as obtuse as they are, just smile politely & think what there third occupation might be Member of Parliament "now that is funny"

GoogleJust sold a property through Pygott and crone from start to finish was excellent I always use them when I sell a property as they are all professional and work hard for you, but the shining star 🌟 is Sam Bettinson she chased and chased for us all the way through to completion she has a very hard job to do Lewis I think she deserves a pay rise hope you all enjoyed the doughnuts 🍩 Thanks to you all

Do not engage with this company, there is a £300.00 fee whether they sell or not, and as they take on everything they can, this is how their money is made!!After all the enthusiasm and "feelgood" of thier initial visit and instruction, it is almost impossible to get their attention. It began with every reason imaginable given why the "sales" team could not come around after the instruction, and they failed to arrange even one viewing from the eight they claimed to have matched to the property; ultimately the number of potential buyers they claimed to have was the reason for engageing with them. When we questioned them some time after instruction why it was that we had not had a viewing more excuses continued; every excuse from it wasn't what their clients were looking for, to it being too expensive! Based on this feedback we instructed them to return to the potential purchasors and offer it at £100,000.00 less. Having removed all the 'obstcals' there was still no response, and they became increasingly difficult to contact, to the point that we attempted to speak with four of their directors, none of whom were available. Ultimately we were told by a receptionist to stop contacting them. When we finally contacted Craig Stones, Branch Manager, he told us that he had to get his head together (?) and that he should never have taken the property on. We agreed to give 28 days notice, but discovered that they had ceased all marketing immidiately, and are now looking for £300.00 which they feel they are entitled to as it was in the contract. A contract goes two ways so off to Court it trots!! They had done nothing and stated to us that they should have never taken the instruction on. This is one fact that we are in agreement. Furthermore the fact that they are looking for payment for taking it on is not only ludicrous, but offensive. It was the highest valued property on their books and it was a clear case of P&Crone confusing ability with ambition as it was way beyond their capability to SELL a property. Save your time and money, put it on Rightmove yourself!

The communication from this agency is absolutely shocking. Expect to wait at least 24, 48 hours for a reply to even the simplest of queries, which makes the whole process unnecessarily stressful.

GoogleIn a period of house price drops and slow sales. Pygott & Crone did us proud. How often can you say that the photos and sales pitch look to good! We had viewings and a sale well in the time frame expected. I would deffinately go with them again if we were to sell in the future. Thank you and service is not a thing of the past, Purple bricks is not for us.

Horrific experience Pygott andCrone and KMRE. Do not buy any properties from them including Hindle House Nottingham. Very lengthy process, service provided was absolutely abysmal prioritising the seller.They give empty promises, ignored any issues but quick to grab money from you. They also hire a bunch of people to give themselves positive feedbackKMRE build terrible apartments with cheapest quality material but exorbitant price. 2 bedroom apartment for 250k?? What a scandalous developer bet they make 100k profit. Things go haywire numerous problems but they never reply

It is with great regret that I must express my disappointment with the team at Pygott and crone and KMRE. From the moment of our first encounter, there was a lack of interest in responding to emails or addressing issues that arose. The cost of the 2 bedroom apartments outside London, which were priced at a staggering 250k, suggested that this organisation may prioritise profit and the developer over customer satisfaction.The customer service provided by this organisation was absolutely atrocious. Even when speaking with the manager about the numerous issues encountered, it seemed as though there was a complete lack of interest in resolving the situation. Zero communication, absolutely bunch of liars. It is simply unacceptable to treat customers in this manner, especially when such a significant investment is involved.The quality of the apartments is nothing short of terrible, with poor heat and noise insulation. It appears that there is no intention to rectify these issues, which is deeply concerning. It is disheartening to realise, in hindsight, that I should have researched the reviews of others before committing to such an unscrupulous bunch.I implore the organisation to reevaluate its priorities and invest in providing exceptional customer service. It is not only ethical but also essential for the long-term success of the organisation

GoogleDrove 3 hours to veiw a property in grand sluice lane,agent didn't turn up,waited 30 minutes outside the property then rang the office, no answer no call back, complete waste of my day, not happy
