Everyone told me moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do, and yeah it is, but Tom managed to take some of the stress out of it for me Thanks

GoogleAll I am saying that at approximately 100k of a sale I'd expect more from the sales team. Taking the correct keys to the property the appointment whilst I'm taking time out of work would have been a start! Never seen the likes in any other sales environment in my life and it amazes me how much trust sellers put in these companies. Crazy

The team in whitegates bootle have been amazing, im currently renting a house from them, and all checks are done on time.Previously i was with a different estate agents which i had a bad experience with. So its really refreshing to have an estate agents and landlord care about their tenants and property, and not just about the money. Would definitely recommend this company to any one who is looking to rent.

We sold and bought through Whitegates. James did our initial appraisal then our case was managed by Tom with some input from James throughout the transaction. The house had multiple viewings booked within hours of it going up and was sold for full asking price which was more than we expected it to be worth within around 3 or 4 days.

I have never felt so intimidated in all my life ! Manager James seems nice at first and then just turns on you when he doesn't get his own way! Go elsewhere unless you like beeing bullied, shook up, intimidated and shouted at ! How he got to be the manager I will never know!! One word : Nasty !

GoogleAWFUL , THEY ARE ALL LIARS AND THE SERVICE IVE RECIEVED IS AWFUL , HAVE INFORMED OMBUDSMAN , WHITEGATES LIED NEVER CARRIED OUT WORK BEFORE I MOVED IN , I HAD NO BLINDS THE CARPET WAS RANCID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED NEVER HAPPENED PAINTED NEVER HAPPENED I LAID LAMINATE FLOORING AND PUT BLINDS UP IMPROVED THE DUMP WAS WILLING TO LEAVE IT ALL FOR A SMALL CONTRIBUTION WAS TOLD NO BUT LANDLADY IS HAPPY FOR YOU TO LEAVE IT ALLBET SHE IS BUT NOT WILLINGTO CONTRIBUTE YET WAS HAPPY FOR ME TO MOVE INTO HER STINKING PLACE THAT WAS NOT CLEANED DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS FOR IT TO BE ALL REQUESTS TO WHITEGATES ALL IGNORED VERY VERY POOR SERVICE THAT MADE ME ILL, I WAS TREATED APPALLINGLY AND THREATENED WITH NOT GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I LEFT IT IN THE TERRIBLE STATE I MOVED INTO LETS SEE THAT HAPPEN AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE COVID 19 ,SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES BUT THEY WONT DISGUSTING
