AWFUL , THEY ARE ALL LIARS AND THE SERVICE IVE RECIEVED IS AWFUL , HAVE INFORMED OMBUDSMAN , WHITEGATES LIED NEVER CARRIED OUT WORK BEFORE I MOVED IN , I HAD NO BLINDS THE CARPET WAS RANCID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED NEVER HAPPENED PAINTED NEVER HAPPENED I LAID LAMINATE FLOORING AND PUT BLINDS UP IMPROVED THE DUMP WAS WILLING TO LEAVE IT ALL FOR A SMALL CONTRIBUTION WAS TOLD NO BUT LANDLADY IS HAPPY FOR YOU TO LEAVE IT ALLBET SHE IS BUT NOT WILLINGTO CONTRIBUTE YET WAS HAPPY FOR ME TO MOVE INTO HER STINKING PLACE THAT WAS NOT CLEANED DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS FOR IT TO BE ALL REQUESTS TO WHITEGATES ALL IGNORED VERY VERY POOR SERVICE THAT MADE ME ILL, I WAS TREATED APPALLINGLY AND THREATENED WITH NOT GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I LEFT IT IN THE TERRIBLE STATE I MOVED INTO LETS SEE THAT HAPPEN AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE COVID 19 ,SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES BUT THEY WONT DISGUSTING

Amazing service! Had an offer on my house in a week, couldn’t of been more helpful! They know how stressful and emotional it is trying to sell and buy a property and they helped me in everyway they could! Nothing was too much for them! Fantastic service, would definitely recommend and use again!

Whitegates Bootle!! Worst place ever! Don't waste your money and time... I wouldn't recommend this place takes money off people and makes you wait over 2 months and pass you from person to person under no circumstances go to these! All my checks was completed went through but still lost the house, me and my son was nearly homeless!!! And the woman in the branch are not helpful at all an when someone is dealing with your application like mine was DEBBIE there never in the office for like 2 months!

I was interested in renting my house. Booked appointment via chat. No success. Booked via telephone. Agent came in wrong time than agreed. My impression is that this agent choosing to work with only inferior people.

DREADFUL! Would rate them zero if it was an option. Had a valuation appointment. Didn't turn up. No contact. We rang them. Big apologies from John Cliffe and James. Big promises, arranged another appointment. DIDNT turn up again! Four phone calls to John Cliffe, the manager. He wouldn't answer the phone or reply to messages or emails. Totally useless. Finally, one of his staff rang back. NO contact from the manager. Avoid like the plague!
