As a first time buyer I didn't know what the hell I was doing to be very honest, but my main point of contact (Tom Simpson) was always calm and helpful when I needed help. GoogleHelpful up until the day of completion - called to let us know that they were shutting early for a funeral, and told us to sort out things between ourselves. Totally unprofessional and poor customer service. Still waiting for the sign to be removed from the front garden.
