GoogleDisappointing.. I will be travelling from Watford to Bolton this week.. I called on Sunday to make appointments to view 3 properties with this agent on either Wednesday or Thursday but was told they have no free slots to do viewings for the whole week, and that I needed to make appointments a week in advance.. Never known an estate agent need that much notice
Dear Steve when you called us on Sunday you requested to view three properties. We do have availability for viewings this week but your requests to view were quite specific and she was unable to accommodate those specific days. At the time you called we had availability for other days for you to view. It is unfortunate that certain days and times do get booked up some time ahead. Our agent suggested that as you wanted to view three properties, your were travelling some distance and had a limited time to see them that you contact us a week ahead so we can accommodate the viewings and plan them together so it works better for you.

GoogleMatthew gave excellent advice about how to market the house and what sort of price might be achievable (suggesting a considerably higher price than competitors indicated), and he was spot on. The marketing was done efficiently and effectively and Kane and Sally, in particular, did a great job of advising me and dealing with the buyers to get the sale terms agreed and then finally getting the sale completed. They were always available and extremely helpful, going above and beyond what I might have expected. The company offer an excellent service from the initial listing right until the property is signed over. GoogleDo not sell your house with them, they will over price your house & lock you into a 6 month contract & months later will say its over priced yet their fee is fixed at original rate. Seems I am not the only one search "Estate agent demands £2,499 fee for couples home it did not sell" on daily express.
It is unfortunate that you feel you need to leave such an unpleasant review which is fake. We have no client of this name on our entire database and any client would have called to discuss the asking price of their property or the fees. You however have decided to put as much false information as you can into an email to be as unpleasant as possible. This review is now under investigation by Google and in addition to that we are also investigating it under the 2008 Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations as fake reviews are a breach of this law. We are now aware of who has posted this and once we have confirmation from Google we will take the matter forward. I think this reflects more on you as a person rather than us as a company.

GoogleAwful firm to deal with !!! I recently tried to purchase a property through them , my offer was accepted , solicitors were dealing with the sale , i rang purple properties on numerous occasions but could never speak to the guy "Cain" "who was dealing with the sale They failed to pass messages on , also they did not respond to my solicitors or my estate agents messages or requests After a few wks i managed to speak to their office manager Who told me that they had had a higher offer on the property At no point did they tell me this or give me the chance to increase my offer , i realise guzumping happens but the fact they didnt have the decency to tell me isnt very nice.NegativeProfessionalism

On to Debbie coming to take the photos, knowing exactly what pictures to take and how to get interest booming. Next comes Tara with the viewings with a friendly smile greeting each viewer - no wonder we had so many offers!
