GoogleVery poor and rude customer service, I had appointment and when I arrived to view the house, but they said sorry you don’t have appointment, which I took a day off especially for that.
Dear Yousif, I note your review and can confirm you did contact us about a viewing. I have spoken to staff who confirmed you did inform them when you would like to view but that someone would get back to you. You attended the property without receiving any confirmation from us that the viewings could go ahead at your chosed time. We are sorry if you took a day off to attend the viewing. When you attended our shop you said the viewing has been confirmed but despite searching our database we are unable to find you and can confirm no confirmation of the appointment was sent out to you. We would however still like to arrange a viewing for you at this property so if you could call us we would be happy to book it in.
