Hi Icky, we note your review and you may remember you did a review for us about a week ago relating to an app and being unable to upload documents to it and I responded by saying we don't have an app and as you were not registered with us I thought you were maybe getting confused with another estate agent with Purple in their name. GoogleHad a recent viewing with the purple property shop and it was great. Emily who showed us around was very knowledgable about the house and the area. She was able to answer all our questions and made us feel at ease. All the staff i’ve spoken to have been very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe’ve always had lovely exchanges with The Purple Property shop but in particular with Mollie Candland, who has gone above and beyond to help us with the maintenance on our rented property! Mollie’s response time to emails is incredibly fast, she is so efficient and friendly - such a credit to the company! Thank you ☺️

GoogleExcellent site for looking for a house. Staff always helpful and friendly. It is useful to be able to make appointments for visits directly online. It's a shame that this possibility is only for houses for sale and not for those for rent.

GoogleAvoid like the plague. This is one of the least customer centric businesses I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. They are more concerned with themselves than the welfare of clients. Unprofessional, argumentative and lacking in empathy. If you are happy with no feedback on viewings, no follow up calls or indeed if you fancy a row when they are not providing the basics of service you would expect from a reputable agency, these are your guys. Plain awful

GoogleThey Sign posted my building for sale in error. Weeks later Still haven’t received an apology as the result of their actions caused distress and alarm to my staff.
Dear Mr Shah, We were surprised to receive your review. You called us to inform us that the board company had, in error, put a board up at your business instead of the one that it should have gone up on. We apologised and immediately arranged for it to be removed. We use a third party to manage our boards, so we did all we could as soon as possible and in fact the board was removed the next day. I'm not sure what more you wanted from us. I was however surprised to see, when I looked at the reviews for your company Wipe Your Debts, how you have done a review for your own company. Is this allowed? Isn't this a conflict of interest and seen as manipulation of reviews which Google will take action against.
