GoogleNorthwood (Bolton) team were first class, from the initial valuation to completion. Particular note, for the 'above and beyond' service provided by Diana, who was on hand to support with questions, queries and anything to do the sale of the property. Diana managed all viewings with excellent feedback and communication from each viewing. Once sold Nicola within the completion team, pulled together all parties within the chain to keep the sale on track. I highly recommend Northwood and the Bolton Team for the sale of my property in Bolton.

GoogleUnprofessional company who like to try and go against trading laws . I have bought many many house’s over the years and sold but never have I had a company that send you childish emojis in emails and talk down to potential buyers they haven’t a clue how to get their sellers the best deal . Wouldn’t even consider buying anything they have to offer and wouldn’t recommend any one selling with them . Rude childish unprofessional
Good morning Jack. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am of course disappointed that it is to express that you were unhappy with the service that you received from ourselves. Your initial contact with us was to arrange a viewing of a property that was unfortunately fully booked but you asked to submit an offer anyway. From previous conversations with the vendor, they were wanting viewings to take place before offers were considered due to the level of works required. We did however notify the vendor of your offer, as we are required to, which included checking the chain details of your related sale, which I'm sure your estate agent will confirm. We then contacted you when a cancellation arose and accommodated a viewing for you the following day. With regards to the emoji, it was a friendly gesture (which our customers usually appreciate) due to you being unhappy with your initial contact with ourselves, so I can only apologise if it was taken out of context or offended you in any way. Since your viewing, you have emailed to withdraw your offer. I have replied to this requesting your feedback to pass on to our vendor but await a response. At this stage I can only assume that the withdrawal of your offer may be due to the property needing a lot more work than you had anticipated which is why we always advise that properties are inspected internally before offers are considered. I can only apologise that you have been unhappy with ourselves on this occasion, but we do work in our vendors best interest and have received multiple offers on the property this morning from the viewings that went ahead over the weekend. GoogleI have received the worst customer service from Northwood Lettings in Bolton. They have repeatedly fallen well short of the acceptable service level expected. They are putting sub-prime tenants in the property and unsurprisingly they have not paid their rent for 4 months...Do NOT trust Northwood Bolton with your property.
Nick, I have taken over the business in November 2016 so had no involvement in your experience with us. I can only apologise for the past and assure you, and others, that we operate to the highest standard and I would certainly not expect that under my ownership you would be unhappy with the service provided. GoogleCalled us to say their vendor had “accepted” our offer. We received no email confirmation, they did not ask for solicitor details and no communication since then. They called the following day to say there’s been a higher offer and that’s been accepted. Just seemed like our offer was used as leverage to get higher from elsewhere. Unethical and unprofessional. No further email correspondence and no opportunity for us to match the offer. Will be avoiding buying from here.

The service I received from Northwood Bolton was nothing short of exceptional. After receiving a sub standard service from other letting agencies Northwood were like a breath of fresh air. They were great with processing my application and after we had a few problems with a reference they weren't quick to just get rid of me and look for the next person to move into the property, I spoke with Becky quite a few times over the phone at this stage and she did everything she could to help me get the reference sorted and waited until I had everything sorted which took 2 weeks but she was so patient and helpful every step of the way! Angela was incredibly helpful when checking in, answering any questions and making sure we understood everything and to make sure we knew they would continue to help us once we had moved in to the property. Overall they just made it a nice, easy experience for us and I can't thank them enough for all their help.

We had a difficult and demanding tenant and Northwood Bolton did an excellent job of navigating the needs of all parties to a successful conclusion. Even after we took our property off the market for some repairs etc Gaynor continued to support our needs, helping out with contractors in our absence and ensuring all work was completed to our satisfaction.
