Lots of effort has been put in to get large number of viewings on what is a challenging property to sell. Great photos and marketing at the beginning. Offer now accepted which exceeded our original expectations; so hopefully sale will now go through smoothly.

I found these property agents dragging the property sale needlessly just trying to make people offer higher.their way of selling the houses is ridiculous and they want to squeeze every penny out of buyers.they are literally PARASITES,would never recommend Miller Metcalf.

I was attracted to Miller Metcalfe by the high number of "Sold" signs in the area which bore their name at a time when many properties remained unsold. This suggested that they brought something extra to the business of house selling. They proved to be very knowledgeable, very efficient and provided a first class service.

Googleworst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with - there was no communication and we had to contact every step of the way. They were unaware of fees involved and continually referred to someone else. Could never get a straight answer...... awful avoid if possible!

GoogleIf I could rate zero stars i would. Appallingly experience from start to finish with the Worsley Branch (lettings) No communication unless it is in their interest and a maintenance depart that are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I certainly wont recommend or use them again.
