GoogleI had an absolutely amazing experience with Entwistle Green. Our agent, Katie Critchley, was super helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted with the initial assessment, property viewings, and answered all of our questions. Overall, we felt that we were in safe hands and both the company and Katie exceeded our expectations in terms of service and customer support. I highly recommend them and I am eagerly looking forward to moving in next month!

GoogleAmazing service! We were purchasing a house from them and from start to finish they were nothing other than great. Carl was excellent, he was professional and ensured that every phone call and email was responded to promptly. I would go as far to say that Carl was actually more help in the process than our solicitor. I highly recommend them and when I come to sell I will definitely use them.

GoogleHad a great experience with Entwistle Green's Bolton branch. Our letting agent Katie did a fantastic job with answering any of our questions whilst staying professional and 100% transparent. She's been massively helpful with both the viewing and signing the letting agreement which made the situation a lot less stressful. Looking forward to moving into our new property and keeping in touch. One small complaint would be occasionally it takes a while to reach someone on the phone lines but this hasn't been a huge deal.

In all my years of renting property I have never experienced such an attentive, pleasant and helpful member of staff. She has made the whole process seamless with no complications.
