We just rented a new house through Entwistle Green. I didn't know that a letting agency returns missed calls until I engaged with Entwistle. I had reached out to many other agencies but got no positive outcome. Many of which never take calls nor reply voice mails. Thank you Ocean Warwick for your professionalism allthrough the process. From the phone conversations, to viewing down to the checks you stood out. You're good at your craft. Very detailed. I cant thank Jodie Wilson enough for the outstanding support she provided in helping me sort out the energy bills and getting my property back on the rental market. We had our first appointment with Andrew from countrywide mortgage services at Entwistle Green, Bolton back in May. We were warmly welcomed by Bridget to begin with. Our whole experience with the branch has been just brilliant and we cannot fault them. Andrew, our mortgage adviser, had been incredible, Bridget arranged to show us around the house at short notice and went out of her way. Chris, the branch manager, kept us updated and chased things up for us, as did Hayley before leaving. Matthew was also fantastic on the viewings we had with him and was really informative. We completed on our house purchase yesterday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Entwistle Green, Bolton.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your real estate agency. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Your agency has not been honest in dealing with tenants. In particular, when it comes time to return the security deposit, money is deducted under various unreasonable and unjustified excuses, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, your team shows little to no responsibility when it comes to handling maintenance or issues related to the property. Requests are ignored or significantly delayed. The lack of professionalism and reliability has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend your agency to anyone. I strongly advise others to avoid renting properties through your agency, as the service does not meet even basic standards of trust, responsibility, or customer care.

Recently viewed a property for sale. The estate agent made us feel very awkward by following us round everywhere. When we asked very basic and common questions such as 'how old is the boiler?' we were met with 'I don't know, I just do the viewings'. I even emailed some questions to them 7 days ago and had no reply. It may not matter to them, but when I'm potentially making the biggest purchase of my life, it's important that basic questions are answered so I can make these big financial decisions. If they handle viewings in this poor way, I dread to think how they handle the whole buying/selling process!

This Estate Agent are a team of whom work together as a solid foundation with their main goal in mind to be able to position clients onto there next transition. I sold my house with this Company, it was Matthew the valuer of whom placed my home on the Market after it came off of the market with another agent who let me down so many times in finding buyers who were not qualified for the purchase of my house. Naturally my confidence was low because of this at the beginning as I appointed this company but Matthew assured me he would get me across to my dream home on the coast and within 2 weeks my property was sold on behalf of Entwistle Green, Bolton. Matthew is a delightful professional and easy speaking individual with warmth and has a manner with him that whilst always remaining professional has a flair to give the best advice and delivers his confidence to make one feel you are in safe hands. The process of selling my home was then under pinned with the support of Chris Lowe the Branch Manager he was by my side every step of the way, always available to speak to with any concerns I had and very responsive in returning calls and emails. Chris has so much patience and his re assuring gentle manner instinctively keeps you feeling strong in mind through the processes. Chris is highly professional and as a branch manager its plain to see he knows his craft very well indeed. Courtney answers the phone at the office and I have had the pleasure to meet her in person. A very pleasing young lady always happy to assist wherever she can. I would strongly recommend this branch to sell your property, after being with another letting agent before these I know the difference and Entwistle Green Bolton, far out weigh any other Estate Agent.
