Excellent service from the first phone call to the sale of my house. From the first day the house was listed we had large numbers of viewings and we were kept fully informed about each potential buyer. The staff are excellent, friendly and professional, and we had regular contact as the sale progressed. Chris initially told me that he had a number of clients looking for a similar property to mine. Once the house went on the market, he was true to his word and I had 20 viewings in 2 days, so much so that he managed to get a number of offers over the original asking price. Once an offer was accepted, Carl took over and he was on top of everything from the beginning. He made regular up-dates and when lawyers were not answering requests he sent out emails and pushed just sufficiently to get the sale back on track. Overall a good professional service and a good outcome. I would use Entwistle Green again.

Absolutely outstanding company! Kate Steadman who was the mortgage advisor recommended by the sales team was amazing. Kate really helped us with the mortgage and advice, especially with being first time buyers during this pandemic going on, she guided us through the whole process and was always there to talk to when we needed advice on the purchase. The sales team at Entwistle Green have been fantastic and extremely helpful throughout the whole process of the sale, they kept us up to date with absolutely everything and were very responsive too. I couldn't thank these guys enough with the purchase of our new house, from the initial stages of putting down an offer for the house chris at entwistle green has been fantastic throughout the whole journey! Then I was passed onto kate from countrywide to sort our mortgage out, and she was brilliant made things so easy, did and helped us throughout everything. As this is my first house they all explained everything, every step of the way so I knew what I was doing. Whilst some of the staff was off, other members of the team was very helpful, hayley was such a nice person to deal with as they all were, they all went out of there own way to make sure everything went easy enough for me. From the start I have received 100% customer service from all the staff I have had the privilege to meet and speak with at Entwistle Green Bolton. They are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They have excellent inter personal skills immediately obvious when I dealt with them initially by telephone and then swiftly in person for viewing the property, visiting the office to sign and the final meet up to give me the keys!
