Googlevery professional and helpful. Easy to contact and services and needs met at the very highest of standards. Michelle Hough has always conducted herself in a lovely comforting manner when any maintenance has been requested. And Lucy from the Bolton office has made our renting as a family very easy and we have found through experience s far renting and i have always been given peace of mind and am delighted they our the estate agent in charge of the property i am a tenant of.

GoogleI initially had a a bad experience with Entwistle Green Bolton but recently I saw a property that was of interest so I popped in to the branch albeit a little apprehensive. I was greeted by two lovely members of staff. One of which arranged a couple of viewings. She attended both viewings. Her approach was professional,friendly and caring. Since the viewings she kept me regularly informed. WELL DONE Chelsea and thank you for restoring my confidence with the Branch. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

GoogleEarlier this year I sold my house with Entwistle Green and I couldn’t be happier with their service. With the initial valuing they were very helpful and offered good, sound advice which in the end worked out well as I got above asking price in only a couple of weeks. The agent I dealt with during the sale was Chris Lowe who was always keeping me updated throughout the process, which put my mind at ease if there was any slight issues along the way. It’s safe to say I will be using entwistle green if I ever look to move again and will be recommending anyone else I know thats looking to move

GoogleExtremely bad service and very unprofessional. What can I say, these people are either dodgy or incompetent, probably both. Could not recommend to my worst enemy. From failing to provide an inventory at the beginning of tenancy to failing to provide a new contract (we had contract with the previous agency, this agency took over the management of the property). It looks their own goal is to rip you off, nothing else matters for them, only money. They should be embarrassed and ashamed about the service they provide, but I get the impression that they arn't. Overall the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth . Avoid at all costs if looking to rent.

GoogleNot even worth the one star. Harassing, unhelpful and sarcastic staff members. Expect to receive hundreds of calls, voicemails, emails and text messages every single day. Between the time period of 9am-12pm i had received 4 emails, 4 text messages and 6 voicemails all regarding properties i hadn't actually asked for information on. Never had to deal with a more unprofessional company The staff are about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard. Rude and appallingly spoken. STAY CLEAR!!!

GoogleI was very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company in relation to the recent sale of my property. There may be many estate agents competing for your business today in different shapes and forms, but in my opinion others are highly unlikely to give you the time or the effort that this company will.
