I am currently renting a flat in Bognor West Sussex from the local Bognor Regis office! I deal with a lovely lady called Charmaine Francis and I would like to say how amazing, professional, kind, sensitive, honest and understanding she has been. I am disabled and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is okay with the flat and as a go between between myself and the landlord I really feel as if she fights my corner and dose the best she can for me. I am super happy to have Charmaine representative of me and appreciate all her help and being a hard working mum who has worked through what has been a difficult year for everyone she has always acted in a kind hearted, respectfull and beyond professional approach to every communication we have had. We converse regularly and I am flat she is my “go-to” person and I just think she deserves a good mention! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have found all of my dealings with leaders in general to be really top notch! They don’t just take your money and run like many agents I have dealt with! Also want same is said for Samantha Barnes who I have also dealt with on a few or more occasions. She has also been great to deal with! Don't use leaders at all I was promised a problem with a wet patch on bedroom wall near window would be sorted out before I moved in yeah right no chance still waiting not been very helpful at all been waiting 2 weeks now and still nothing and now have rising damp in front room and still not interested BTW paid a years rent in advance believe me there dealing with the wrong person here AND IT WILL GET SORTED WITH COURT ACTION AND EVERYTHING.NegativeQuality
