Horrible uncomfortable experience today . No smiles or greetings when I walked in. Staff reluctantly spoke to me , and to tear their eyes away from their computers was very hard for them to help me. I wondered if someone had died.as so morbid ,obviously overworked and stressed or maybe someone had committed suicide due to the large unaffordable rent we have to pay !!??

We recently moved house & had the pleasure of using the services of Henry Adams Bognor Regis/Aldwick. We hadn't moved for many years, and this was to be our last move. Our dream home close to the sea. We wanted everything to go perfectly. We used the services of several estate agents. However, Henry Adams stood out significantly from the others! Why? They took a real genuine interest in our needs & wants, they took time with us on our viewings, they confirmed our viewing appointments & asked for our honest feedback both about the property & it's price. They kept us upto date on properties available & others coming to the market. We did have a setback, something that no one could have anticipated!. We are unable to complete on our original house purchase but Henry Adams were able to find a solution for us & the timeframes that we required. We were able to view a small selection of properties, many times until late in the evening until we are completely satisfied which one we wanted. No rush, "no hurry up please as I want to go home environment".... Buying your hone is one of the biggest purchases that you make during your life. It's a huge decision, an expensive process & needs to be supported by an estate agency that understands & respects that from.start to finish. For context, Henry Adams were not the estate agents we picked to sell our house. Henry Adams were the agents for the seller of the property we purchased. When our own estate agents proved to be awful in almost every respect and at every step of the sale of our property, in terms of communication, action and keeping the sale on track, the team at Henry Adams stepped in to chase the buyers of our property, the solicitors for our buyers and did everything they could to keep the chain moving along. The chain was two properties long. The sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, should have been straight forward. It was not. The team at Henry Adams in Bognor, in my opinion, excelled in taking on the responsibilities abandoned by our own estate agents and we cannot praise them highly enough. If you are looking to sell a property in the Bognor Regis area, these are definitely the people to go and talk to first. To everyone at Henry Adams, thank you so much for everything you did for us. The new house is everything we dreamed it would be and we wouldn't be here if it was for all the help and assistance you provided for us.

Really disappointing experience with…

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

Roksana is really good and lovely but Lorena is just very unpleasant and unprofessional, rude and judgemental. Very unpleasant experience over the phone with Lorena, while Roksana really did try to help me get the property, the level of rudeness and judgement from lorena put me off the property very quickly.

What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity.
