This was not a positive experience for us. Although communication was polite, there was no real assessment of our situation. After explaining that I have rented the same property for over 15 years with a perfect payment history, the focus was placed almost entirely on rigid criteria such as requiring a UK guarantor or 6, 12 months’ rent upfront. As a result, there was no realistic way to proceed, despite our long-term stability and full-time employment. While I continue to receive automated property listings, there was no meaningful support or willingness to consider our circumstances on an individual basis at the time we actively needed help. This approach may work for applicants who fit a very narrow profile, but for long-term, reliable tenants with real-life situations, it felt inflexible and discouraging.

Very competent service from a professional, yet friendly team. Particularly appreciated Jane's involvement in progressing an acquisition. It is a challenging time for acquisitions at present with conveyancing often taking 6mths+ but Jane is very goal-focussed and was always on hand to give things a well-timed gentle nudge when sticking! No hesitation in recommending and would happily work with the sales and lettings teams again.

Had a viewing with Callum from the Bognor branch,although the property was not suitable for us,he took the time to get to know us,where we were moving from, reason for moving and where we really wanted to be. He gave us some very good, honest advice and even though we hadn't seen what we wanted, we left feeling very positive. Both my husband and I feel Callum is an asset to the branch and and as an ambassador for your company. I have just moved house after 5 months and can honestly say it was an horrific experience after 5 months and 6 people in the chain, my dealing with Henry Adams at Bognor Regis was buying a house and I would never offer my property for sale with them in the future, all I can say is they need to show some manors and respect towards their customers, without us buying their houses they wouldn’t have a job, I would how ever like to congratulate Mike who was the only one in the Bognor office that treating me with any respect ! This is not an isolated incident as my daughter started to sell a property through them and moved it to White and Brookes due to the attitude of the Staff. Be careful when moving out

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.
