GoogleJust wanted to highlight the great level of service provided by Aga during my recent move of properties. Excellent communication at all times, no problem too much to handle, and professional and friendly at all times. Handover of keys went very smoothly and was pleasantly surprised to receive a good luck card and welcome pack. This also goes to the rest of the team as well, who all handled different aspects within their own roles. Highly recommended and cannot fault

This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever encountered in my life, they're a nightmare. their activities and tendency to collude with landlords to rip you off your holding deposit runs against the acts of the UK paliaments, I can give you several tenants identities they have ripped off, a searchlight needs to be conducted into their activities if the labour government which we voted for will survive in their plans for housing in that axis.

She was extremely professional and helpful and kept my fully informed at all times. Would definitely recommend others to work with Jane on their property deals!

GoogleWhere do I start, THIS ESTATE AGENT IS DISGUSTING AND LIERS, the lies and rudeness from the manager and the staff is unacceptable, wanting extra money to pay for there mistake and error and not accepting liability is wrong, and the landlords at LANYARDS ARE HEARTLESS, which made us wait in the rain for 4hours for them to pull out days before moving in and making us homeless just before Xmas, and to find out being put back on the market the next day for extra money!! And the lie saying there are sell in in a few months?? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!
I am sorry that this is happened to you. Jodie the manager did try everything possible to resolve the situation but the landlord had made a decision and she wasn’t able to convince them otherwise. Yes, I believe there was a miscommunication in the office about Pro Rata amount of rent and we have apologised for this. I do know that the landlord has decided to let the property for 6 months and will be selling in the summer next year which Jodie informed you about so you were not surprised when seeing it back on the market. We are instructed to do what the landlord asks and they wanted to try a higher rent. Jodie did approve for full funds for Holding Deposit and £200.00 compensation to be sent to you on the same day. Again, we are sorry that this has happened to you.

GoogleAppalled at how this agency have treated my friend who has been with loyal customers for 5 years. They advised her that the landlord was selling up but she was promised that they would be able to stay at the property and not to look for somewhere else to live. Only at the last minute was she told this was not the case and she has until December to find somewhere else to live. The miscommunication and misleading of the situation has left her in a terrible position and I would've expected more integrity from such a well known agency.

I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams in Selsey, given it was a leasehold flat and the management company was not helpful, I have to say a big thank you to the team, but especially to Kevin for his patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout. He went that extra mile to do everything possible for what turned out to be a difficult and lengthy process which would have been so much simpler had the management company been more proactive and communicative. So a big thank you, Selsey, I’d love you to see what I’ve done to the place. And specially to Kevin.

I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles. Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property. I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

GoogleMark Peacock did a really good job for us over many months and in some trying circumstances. I would not recommend anyone going to auction and we should have stayed with Henry Adams throughout the process but in the end Mark got the job done. With good humour throughout and very responsive communications.
