FAKE GOLD ALERT Henry Adams Fine Art Auctioneers We bought a gold ring from Henry Adams Fine Art Auctioneers in a high-end jewelry sale for nearly £300. When we sent the ring to a jeweler to be resized , we were told by the jeweler that when they machine tested it, it turned out to be fake gold!! We sent it back to Henry Adams, explaining it was fake gold . Their TV celebrity emailed us to tell us, ''It was never sold as gold'' even though it was placed in a high-end jewelry sale... we never got our money back. Proper Betrug   Tread with caution.

Be careful when moving out

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

I have just moved house after 5 months and can honestly say it was an horrific experience after 5 months and 6 people in the chain, my dealing with Henry Adams at Bognor Regis was buying a house and I would never offer my property for sale with them in the future, all I can say is they need to show some manors and respect towards their customers, without us buying their houses they wouldn’t have a job, I would how ever like to congratulate Mike who was the only one in the Bognor office that treating me with any respect ! This is not an isolated incident as my daughter started to sell a property through them and moved it to White and Brookes due to the attitude of the Staff. I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

From the word go, they have gone above and beyond there customer services. We bought a house in april and have only just exchanged as it was going through probate... They constantly updated us on the procedure and regular emails. You cannot fault henry Adam's at bognor Regis, especially Gail who showed us around the house, and jane who has been on top form. I have no hesitation in recommending Henry Adams Estate agents. I found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. I dealt with Callum first while viewing my property and he was friendly and helpful and just a call away at all times. For context, Henry Adams were not the estate agents we picked to sell our house. Henry Adams were the agents for the seller of the property we purchased. When our own estate agents proved to be awful in almost every respect and at every step of the sale of our property, in terms of communication, action and keeping the sale on track, the team at Henry Adams stepped in to chase the buyers of our property, the solicitors for our buyers and did everything they could to keep the chain moving along. The chain was two properties long. The sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, should have been straight forward. It was not. The team at Henry Adams in Bognor, in my opinion, excelled in taking on the responsibilities abandoned by our own estate agents and we cannot praise them highly enough. If you are looking to sell a property in the Bognor Regis area, these are definitely the people to go and talk to first. To everyone at Henry Adams, thank you so much for everything you did for us. The new house is everything we dreamed it would be and we wouldn't be here if it was for all the help and assistance you provided for us.

We recently moved house & had the pleasure of using the services of Henry Adams Bognor Regis/Aldwick. We hadn't moved for many years, and this was to be our last move. Our dream home close to the sea. We wanted everything to go perfectly. We used the services of several estate agents. However, Henry Adams stood out significantly from the others! Why? They took a real genuine interest in our needs & wants, they took time with us on our viewings, they confirmed our viewing appointments & asked for our honest feedback both about the property & it's price. They kept us upto date on properties available & others coming to the market. We did have a setback, something that no one could have anticipated!. We are unable to complete on our original house purchase but Henry Adams were able to find a solution for us & the timeframes that we required. We were able to view a small selection of properties, many times until late in the evening until we are completely satisfied which one we wanted. No rush, "no hurry up please as I want to go home environment".... Buying your hone is one of the biggest purchases that you make during your life. It's a huge decision, an expensive process & needs to be supported by an estate agency that understands & respects that from.start to finish.
