GoogleAverage, I brought my house and very happy there… however as a service..viewings felt like I was taking up the agents time and they were not knowledgeable on the property. I moved in back in November… still not collected the Sold board dispute numerous times of asking. Not an agent I would use to sell a property as falls below expectations compared to other agents. Obviously to buy it’s just a case of if you want the property you can’t choose who is selling it. As a property is the most expensive purchase in your life I felt the need to leave an honest review for the public and hopefully feedback to take onboard for the agents should they take the time to read this.

We recently rented a property through Hentry Adams Storrington. From start to finish Alex and James made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free, a very different and much more pleasant experience than when we rented through one of the big chain Estate agents a few years ago! Both were (and are) easily contactable and a pleasure to deal with; helpful, courteous and informative. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit. Buying a home is already stressful enough on its own, you really don’t need the added frustration of dealing with people who either don’t know how to do their job or simply don’t care. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I got. The buying process was just as bad. It’s crystal clear that they only care about the money. No support, no follow-up, no courtesy, not even a basic congratulations card after spending a huge amount of money on a home. For a company that practically has a monopoly in the city, the quality of service is shockingly poor. If you have the option, choose another agency or deal directly with private sellers. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I would never use them again, and I genuinely advise others to avoid them.

GoogleHenry Adams state that they are simply different and let me reassure anyone who is thinking of selling they are,take my honest advice don't even question going anywhere else.They are honest and they do actually care and work for you.I first saw Gail who was honest with me from the start I took her advice and my house sold,All the staff at Henry Adams Bognor Regis are friendly,caring and professional they always have the time for you and always call you back and finally I have to Thank Jane Barlow with all my heart she is an absolute credit to Henry Adams and I honestly don't know how I would of got through this process without her she is calm, professional and wonderful.

Move-in was well organised, and the property was handed over clean and in good condition. Since moving in, any small issues have been dealt with promptly, and I’ve appreciated how approachable and helpful the staff have been. Overall, Henry Adams made renting straightforward and stress-free, and I would happily recommend them.

GoogleI needed to sell my lovely flat in Aldwick (Bognor) so spent some time dropping in on local estate agents to find one who I could trust with my sale.I visited or called 8 different agents and was amazed at th lack of skill and professionalism some of the Agents had. Most were charging 1% of sale value. Then along came Gail from Henry Adams. Very professional, straight talking, and to the point. There fee was to be a little higher than the others but a fixed figure regardless of sale price. They valued the flat higher than the other agents. What a great company to deal with, when the inevitable problems came up the just dealt with them, when the chain collapsed, they fixed it. I thoroughly recommend Henry Adams. I suggest anyone looking to sell a property should judge the agent by quality and not price.

GoogleSam Thorne has been absolutely outstanding so far and it’s only been a matter of 24h!!! He has answered any questions I have had but more importantly given me some answers to questions I hadn’t even thought to ask! He is super friendly, proactive and willing to do his all to make the process a breeze. He wastes no time and is prompt to put you in touch with all different departments and they have great communication between them. He only wants to provide the best care for his clients and this has shone through with his bubbly personality. He has provided me with all types of options I hadn’t even realised were a possibility! The rest of the team have all been fab too but a special mention to their new starter Sam Thorne! 100% recommend these guys. Jodie was also extra fabulous as not only did she come to me out of hours as my silly work schedule made life hard, but she was super friendly and broke everything down should I decide to let my property as opposed to sell! Great service
