I found everyone I worked with at Clarkes to be knowledgable professional and supportive. I had multiple viewings of the property and even at short notice they were able to accommodate my needs. I felt they genuinely had the interests of both parties at the forefront and were assertive throughout the process. In particular I worked with Chris who stayed in contact without being pushy. I would happily use Clarkes in the future and recommend their services.

Purchase went through well in the end but felt we had to keep chasing to get answers. The start was very good got a viewing within a couple of days. Nice touch though the box with useful items thank you.

I sold my studio flat with Clarkes and the sale was not straightforward as the lease on the property was short and I had originally hoped to extend the lease. However the freeholders were not easy to deal with and the team at Clarkes pulled out all the stops to steer me through the minefield of lease negotiation. Not only this but there were many different options I could have taken on the sale and, again, I was so well advised by Clarkes that the usual stress from selling a property was greatly alleviated and I was grateful for the professionalism and knowledge of the team who looked after my sale. I strongly advise anyone who is selling a property to use Clarkes long-standing experience and knowledge and who will be able to foresee any possible pitfalls that may arise. Highly recommended.

We have just bought and sold through Clarkes and they were fabulous throughout the whole process. It wasn't an easy ride for us, but Clarkes have been supportive, kind and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. On exchange (late on a Thursday) we then only had until Monday's moving date to get everything organised. Clarkes offered us some advise on who I might get to help us pack and move with such a short timeline. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes estate agency, they are by far and away the best in the area in my opinion. Do yourself a favour and choose them!

Ashley’s been a solid block manager, super easy to deal with and actually gets things sorted without the usual faff. I noticed the bin store door wasn’t locking, told Ashley, and boom, fixed the same day. Not many agents sort stuff that quick! Nice to have someone who doesn’t need five reminders to get things done. I have been with Clarkes for 15 years and have been extremely impressed with their service both in the rented sector and in the selling of property. They are very honest giving a true valuation, not like some agents who inflate the price to hook you in and then reduce the price!Any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently, nothing has ever been too much trouble. When seeking advice Paul Clarke has always answered my questions promptly and guided me through all the legal technicalities. He is a wealth of knowledge! Being a family run business they care about their reputation and clients.

We have a Whatsapp group for all the leaseholders in the flats, this keeps us well connected and on top of things. We also have major work being carried out on our flats and our allocated member of staff is able to post updates to the whole group. So far so good, hopefully we will continue to be managed efficiently moving forward.

We first listed our property way back in November 19 and were selling right through the Covid-19 pandemic, naturally, we've all seen extreme changes in circumstance and industry but I can't speak more highly of Clarkes and everyone there who remained positive and commitment throughout these strange times. I have found Clarkes Estate agents to be professional, friendly and supportive throughout the time they have marketed and sold my property. Even though Covid19 and lockdown has created its difficulties, Clarkes has made the process workable and they have continued to do their upmost to provide the service they promised.I have been very impressed with their communication over everything and they have never hesitated to return my calls or answer anyquestions that I had along the way.My property took seven months to sale but this was due to the climate we are living in and not any fault of Clarkes. During this time I had many viewers and three offers for the property which shows the tenacity and forward thinking of these agents.I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to potential sellers.

I would highly recommend clarkes. They are always so nice and friendly and happy to help. When ever I have needed to phone them they have always tried to help straight away and always phone back when they say they will. Its nice to know if I have a problem that they won't make me wait before trying to sort things.
