First rate lettings service. I chose Clarkes to handle the letting of my apartment and I have been extremely happy with them. They handled the end of one tenancy and found new tenants quickly and moved them in without any problems. I also like the fact that they pay me promptly every month unlike some other agents I have used.

Both Alex and Paul were hands on and kept communication open constantly which is rare for estate agents these days! We were able to arrange a property viewing at short notice with Rhiannon who not only was knowledgeable of the property we were shown around but also proactively followed up our viewing the next day, which none of the other estate agents did, which lead us to making an offer that day which Rhiannon progressed and secured the sale also the same day. Excellent service which included contact during the entire process to completion and afterwards. Also the office team were very helpful on the completion day. Clarkes fully met all our expectations. I contacted this company regarding an anti social/breach of security issue regarding a resident. Ashley Wilson was on to it straight away and the issue was resolved. He advised what action had been taken and assured of further action, should there be any reoccurances. Top job....not often I can say that about anyone, so very happy to sing his praises.
