Very happy with the service I received…

Very happy with the service I received from Clarkes. They were my second agent, and my leasehold property was very hard to sell. I gave up hope with selling as a few sales had fallen through. Clarkes didn’t give up. They were also very helpful dealing with my solicitors and taking the time to simplify and explain everything to me in a way that I could understand which is much appreciated. Massive thanks to everyone but especially Paul & Nigel!

We talked to a few estate agents before we decided to market our flat. It was down to Nigel's enthusiasm and knowledge of the market that we chose to go with Clarkes. Our overall experience was very positive. We felt that the marketing materials were of good quality and there was excellent communication around viewings and viewer feedback. In particular though it was Nigel who got involved and chased solicitors (and the buyer!) and made sure that the sale was successful. A thoroughly deserved 5 star and would highly recommend.

Super Top Class Staff and Company

Fantastic service throughout from this excellent professional company. Positive overall experience

While the sales manager's initial approach to marketing the house proved overly optimistic, our overall experience of Clarke's was positive. We felt that the marketing materials were of good quality and there was excellent communication around viewings and viewer feedback. In our case, a number of issues (unrelated to Clarke's) delayed exchange of contracts but the sales team were pro-active in identifying solutions and chasing up delays elsewhere in the chain. I also appreciated that I was able to speak to someone with personal knowledge of the sale at any time and without delay.

From the moment we met Alex we were very impressed. He left the company and we were a little concerned about his replacement. How wrong we were. Rhiannon…super supportive, super service

I registered our details with Rhiannon at Clarkes during our recent property search. Although Clarkes did not find us our new property the support I received from Rhiannon was incredible considering our house was not yet under offer and we weren't really in a position to make an offer on a purchase anyway. She rang me every couple of weeks to check in and get an update from me. I certainly did not receive this type of service from any other agents. She really did go out of her way and, I think, is a real credit to her profession.
