I was asked by Clarkes Estates (Ashley Wilson) to supply my services to them.

Hello Paul. Given that Clarkes is your customer, and you are a contractor that is delivering services to a Clarkes client, this review is entirely back to front. My colleague was explicitly clear with you that the use of clients funds is subject to the normal client accounting rules and practices. Part of this is a security process to verify your bank account details before payment is actually sent. Your invoice was approved for payment immediately as promised. You then failed, on multiple occasions to engage with the people who called you to verify the details of your bank account. This process is used to safeguard our customers and you, from the common problem of email interception and bank account details being manipulated by fraudsters to steal your money. Ashley has done exactly what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it. In this matter, you have directly caused your own delay over the final release of payment. Further to that, you then continued to ignore the security process even after Ashley has discussed this with you and provided instructions to you as to how to resolve it. It really isn't hard - answer the call and talk to the accounts operative when they call you. It is entirely inappropriate for you to complain about your own behaviour, let alone complain about it in a public forum. Paul Clarke Clarkes Estates
