I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Donna who runs the lettings department of Clarkes, she has just re-let one of my properties and has also been overseeing the sale of two others. Disgusted don’t go through them

Utterly disgusted I went to view a property in Bognor Regis and I was told to park outside the property nothing whilst I could view the property the young girl told myself parking was free at the property to come out and find I had a parking ticket I spoke to the office and sent my appeal off to find out it had been rejected and I was still stuck with a £60 fine about to go up to £100. I was very upset especially as I am getting through cancer to find when I spoke with the manager Paul Clarke the director of the company denied everything and said it was not his problem I feel very let down and think he treats people with little respect.

My experience as landlord and seller.I put my property in Clarkes' hands first as Letting Agents and, throughout a very difficult time (long story!) they were a great help and support.The house went on the market soon after my signing the Letting Contract, so it was passed to their Sales Department, then a change of plan reverted it to a let, then it was put up for sale again ....!! Everyone was very patient, and to say that they "went the extra mile" doesn't really cover it.Many thanks to everyone.

'As good and professional as it gets!'

We were delighted to instruct Clarkes in the sale of a flat we owned and had let through them. They gave an honest opinion of it's value and proceeded to very positively market the property. When the buyer was found it was Clarkes who held the sale together when the purchaser was having personal problems. We were really pleased with the price achieved and the commission rate was most satisfactory. We would have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes to either sell or let a property and will be using them again in the future.

We where continuos lied to about our deposit we where not given a our deposit Certificate to prove that the TDS had our money. The owner of the business told us he was not there when we could see him from outside the business, I advise that if you want to be messed around and looses your deposit because they told the landlady to keep it to redecorate the house we spent more money redecorating because of the poor living conditions when we moved in then feel free to be used by this company
